1923 $1million bill

Is this a genuine $ bill? Is this redeemable? What is its present value?



This1923 $1 Million bill was found from the personal effects of a USAFE Veteran, T/Sgt. Pedro Viray, here in the Philippines. T/Sgt. Viray is now dead but the bill is in the custody of his grandson in the Philippines.
